Important Notes
- If your MySQL server (e.g.,
mysql-shared-2.servers.netregistry.net) doesn't match the list, try each option one by one. The server might be the same but with a different hostname. - If you've tried all options and phpMyAdmin opens to a blank page, it probably means there's no database for this user. Check the client website's configuration file (e.g., index.php, wp-config.php) to be sure.
